Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup low fat milk
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup white whole wheat flour
- 6 oz greek yogurt
- 6 oz mixed berries
Intructions
Combine all ingredients to make the batter.
Pour 1/3 measure of hitter onto a medium skillet and cook until the point when the two sides are seared. for the filling use yogurt and berries
