Ingredients
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup low fat milk
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup white whole wheat flour
  • 6 oz greek yogurt
  • 6 oz mixed berries
Intructions

Combine all ingredients to make the batter. Pour 1/3 measure of hitter onto a medium skillet and cook until the point when the two sides are seared. for the filling use yogurt and berries
