Ingredients:

- 240 ml heavy cream
- 240 ml milk
- 35 ml cold water
- 35 ml cold water

Instructions :

Mix in gelatin and quickly until it becomes smooth and pass it through a strainer .Set the glasses on an edge in a little holder or a biscuit tin. Make the chocolate panna cotta: in a little bowl whisk gelatin and water. Put aside for 10-15 minutes.
