Panna Cotta Chocolate and Vanilla

Ingredients:

For the vanilla panna cotta:
  • 240 ml heavy cream
  • 240 ml milk
  • 35 ml cold water
  • 35 ml cold water
  • 7g gelatin
  • 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
For the chocolate panna cotta:

  • 240 ml milk
  • 240 ml heavy cream
  • 120g dark chocolate
  • 30 ml cold water
  • 6g gelatin
  • 3 tablespoons (36g) sugar

Instructions :

- Make the vanilla panna cotta: in a little bowl whisk gelatin and water. Put aside for 10-15 minutes. In a medium pot, warm the cream , milk, and sugar over medium-low warmth until the point that sugar dissolved . Expel from warmth, then add vanilla and mix .  Mix in gelatin and quickly until it becomes smooth and pass it through a strainer .Set the glasses on an edge in a little holder or a biscuit tin. On the off chance that the glasses slide, put a little towel underneath to help balance out. Pour the blend. Refrigerate for no less than 4 hours. Make the chocolate panna cotta: in a little bowl whisk gelatin and water. Put aside for 10-15 minutes. 
In a medium pan, warm the substantial cream , milk, and sugar over medium-low warmth  until the point that sugar dissolved Expel from warmthdadd vanilla , chocolate and mix until the point chocolate is totally melted  Mix in gelatin and quickly race until smooth . Let cool 15-20 minutes at that point pour the chocolate -milk mixture through a strainer into the glasses. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
