Panna Cotta with Raspberry

Ingredients :
panna cotta:

  •  200ml milk,
  •  200ml heavy cream, 
  • 4g gelatin, 
  • 1 vanilla bean,
  •  50g sugar

raspberry sauce: .

  • 100g raspberry, 
  • 20g sugar, 
  • a little of lemon juice


Instructions : 
  • Mellow gelatin in water in a bowl. 
  • Put the milk, heavy cream and sugar to stew in a pot.
  • Bring to boil, then add the vanilla bean, gelatin and and mix until totally dissolved.
  • Expel from the warmth and let cool for 5min. 
  • Pour into dessert molds ,let it  at least 3 hours in the refrigerator.
