Ingredients :
panna cotta:
- 200ml milk,
- 200ml heavy cream,
- 4g gelatin,
- 1 vanilla bean,
- 50g sugar
raspberry sauce: .
- 100g raspberry,
- 20g sugar,
- a little of lemon juice
Instructions :
- Mellow gelatin in water in a bowl.
- Put the milk, heavy cream and sugar to stew in a pot.
- Bring to boil, then add the vanilla bean, gelatin and and mix until totally dissolved.
- Expel from the warmth and let cool for 5min.
- Pour into dessert molds ,let it at least 3 hours in the refrigerator.
