Ingredients
1/2 avocado (about 80g)
3 oz tuna
in water, drained and flaked
1/2
cucumber, sliced
1/2 tbsp
cilantro
1/4 small/medium red onion
1 tsp lemon
juice, freshly squeezed
1 tsp extra
virgin olive oil
1/8 tsp sea
salt, or to taste
1/8 tsp
black pepper
Instruction
In a medium bowl, join cucumber, avocado, onion, drained tuna, and cilantro
In a little bowl include lemon juice, olive oil, salt and dark pepper (or season to taste)
Sprinkle over the plate of mixed greens and hurl to join and serve.
