Ingredients: 1/4 cup chickpeas 3.5 oz can tuna in water , drained 1/4 large red bell pepper, finely diced 1/4 finely chopped red onion 1 tsp lemon juice 1 tsp olive oil 1/2 cups spinach 1/2 cup Red Leaf Lettuce Freshly ground pepper, and salt to taste Instructions:
Combine,onion, bell pepper, spinach, Red Leaf Lettuce, tuna, chickpeas in a medium bowl.
In a small bowl add lemon juice, olive oil, salt and black pepper (or season to taste) Sprinkle over the plate of mixed greens and hurl to join and serve.
