Ingredients
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs
  • 1/2 avocado, diced
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 teaspoon parsley
  • salt and black pepper
Intructions

Strip your hard-bubbled eggs and exchange to a cutting board, and cut into quarters. Join your cleaved eggs with the diced avocado and diced tomatoes in a bowl with salt and pepper. Finish off with parsley or enhancements of your decision .
