Ingredients
- 3/4 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/2 tsp instant yeast
- salt and black pepper
- 1/3 cup water
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp canola oil
- 1/2 tsp seasme seeds
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1/2 medium red bell pepper
- 6 oz ground chicken breast
- 1/4 tsp dried oregano
- 2 tbsp tomato sauce
Instructions
- Mix entire wheat flour, salt, and moment yeast. Put aside.
- warm together water and honey in a microwave.
- Add the water-honey blend to the flour blend and blend.
- Add the whisked egg, oil and blend (spare 2 tbsp whisked egg for egg wash)
- Knead with your hand until completely joined.
- Transfer this dough to an oiled bowl, cover with a kitchen towel and keep at a warm place for 1-2 hours or until twofold in size.
- After the dough has risen, punch it down to release the air.
-Divide it into 2 equal portions. Fold every batter partition into a ball and place on preparing sheet.
- Cover with a kitchen towel and given them a chance to ascend for a hour or till nearly multiplied in size. In the interim preheat stove to 400 F degrees.
- Brush each with egg , then sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
- Bake at 400 F degrees for 10-12 minutes .
in a large nonstick skillet, warm oil over medium-high warmth. Include garlic, onion, bell pepper. Cook for 4 to 5 minutes or until the point when onion is delicate, blending once in a while. Mix in meat, salt, pepper, and oregano. Cook for 5 to 6 minutes progressively or until the point when meat is never again pink. Mix in tomato sauce; warm through.
Spoon the blend onto bun parts.
