Healthy lunch Creamy pasta with spinach

Ingredients
  • 2.5 whole wheat penne pasta uncooked
  • 3 cups water
  • 1/4 cup onion
  • 1 cloves garlic
  • 1 Tsp olive oil
  • 4 oz can crushed tomatoes
  • 1/8 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/8 tsp dried basil
  • pinch red pepper flakes (optional)
  • salt pepper to taste
  • 1 Tsp tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp cream cheese
  • 1 oz spinach
  • 1 tbsp water
Instructions

Cook spaghetti as indicated by bundle directions . On medium warmth cook onions in skillet with 1 tsp of olive oil with garlic for around 1 minute. Add pounded tomatoes, tomato paste, and 1 tbsp water and mix until the point when the tomato paste is dissolved into the sauce. add the spices and blend well. Turn the warmth down to low. add the cream cheese the tomato sauce and mix the sauce until the point when the cream cheddar has completely liquefied in and the sauce is smooth.Include the spinach and tenderly mix it into the sauce and coveruntil it has wilted 3 minutes. Reveal and add the pasta and mix until the point when it is all around covered in the smooth tomato sauce. Taste and alter the salt and pepper as required. Serve it warm.
