1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
1½ cups shredded Swiss cheese (6 oz)
½ cup Thousand Island dressing
4 oz deli sliced corned beef, chopped
½ cup well-drained sauerkraut
Sliced radishes, if desired
Chopped fresh chives, if desired
Cocktail rye bread
1 Heat oven to 400°F. In medium bowl, mix cream
cheese, 1 cup of the Swiss cheese, the dressing and
corned beef. Spread in ungreased 9-inch quiche dish
or pie plate. Top with sauerkraut and remaining
½ cup Swiss cheese.
2 Bake uncovered about 15 minutes or until bubbly
around edge. Garnish with radishes and chives. Serve
hot with bread.

SERVE-WITH
Serve this Reuben spread with pretzel crackers
along with or instead of the cocktail rye bread.
