3.5 oz drained tuna 1/4 onion chopped 1 tsp olive oil 1 tsp lemon juice 1 tsp cilantro 1/4 red bell pepper 1/4 yellow bell pepper 1/4 cup quinoa 1 cup water Ground black pepper, and salt to taste Intructions : Heat quinoa and water to the point of boiling in a pot.
