Ingredients
- 1/2 small head cauliflower
- 1 egg
- 1 egg white
- salt and black pepper
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 clove garlic
- 4 oz breast
- 1 tsp grated fresh ginger
- 1/2 red bell pepper
- 1 scallion
- 1/8 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tbsp reduced sodium soy sauce
Instructions
Warmth a couple of drops of oil in a huge skillet over medium warmth. Add eggs cover and cook, without mixing, until completely cooked. Exchange to a cutting board and cut into 1 inch pieces.
Add 1 tsp olive oil to the container, include ginger, garlic meat and cook, mixing, for 1 minute. Include ringer pepper cut into strips scallion mixing, and cover until simply delicate, 2 to 4 minutes. Exchange everything to a bowl.
include cauliflower rice and blend until starting to mellow, around 4 minutes.
Restore the meat blend and eggs to the skillet; include soy sauce and mix until the point that very much consolidated.
